  1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to echohill.org, the website of Echo Hill (“Camp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

  1. Third-Party Enrollment & Portal Usage

Our primary website provides information and links to our secure, white-labeled third-party registration platform, CampSite. By clicking links to register or access your account, you will be redirected to the CampSite portal. You agree that any technical issues, data entry errors, or unauthorized access originating on your personal device or account credentials within the CampSite portal are your responsibility.

  1. Camp Policies, Fees, and Cancellations

All camp registration fees, tuition deposits, cancellation rules, and refund policies are governed by our official Camp Enrollment Agreement, which parents/guardians must sign during the CampSite checkout process. In the event of a contradiction between information on this public website and the signed Camp Enrollment Agreement inside the portal, the signed agreement will strictly apply.

  1. Intellectual Property & Media Use

All content on this website—including logos, graphics, text, and photographs of campers—is the exclusive property of Echo Hill or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright laws. You may not download, copy, or redistribute any media or camper photographs from this website for personal, commercial, or public use without explicit written consent from the Camp Director.

  1. Third-Party Links & Mandatory Disclosures

This website contains external links to third-party resources, including our mandatory regulatory link to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external state-run or third-party web domains.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Echo Hill shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
