2009 Sessions, Tuitions, Discounts and Refund Policy

Four-Week Session
Dates: June 24th to July 21st
Tuition: $3,360.00
Registration requires a non-refundable $450.00 deposit to reserve a space for each
child and payment of the balance due by April 1, 2009. Deposit is applied to tuition.
See below for requirements to receive the Super Early Bird 10% Discount and the Early
Bird 5%. Tuition includes: all activities, room/board, laundry service, bunk photo,
yearbook and summer DVD. Transportant to/from camp is additional.

Three-Week Session
Dates:July 1st to July 21st
Tuition: $2,875.00
Registration requires a non-refundable $450.00 deposit to reserve a space for each
child and payment of the balance due by April 1, 2009. Deposit is applied to tuition.

One-Week Session

Tuition: $1,200.00
Registration requires a non-refundable $450.00 deposit to reserve a space for each
child and payment of the balance due by April 1, 2009. Deposit is applied to tuition.

One- Week Advanced Skill Programs for High School Students
Dates: June 16th to June 22nd
Tuition (for each program): $1,550.00
Registration requires a non-refundable $450.00 deposit to reserve a space for each
child and payment of the balance due by April 1, 2009. Deposit is applied to tuition.

Bird 5%.
Horsemanship Summer Camp: Girls, grades 9th-12th
Visual Arts Institute Summer Program: Girls, grades 9th -12th
Hill Country Backpacking Adventure: Boys, grades 9th -12th

Tuition Discounts and Refund Policy:

Family Discount: When more than one child attends camp from the same family, each additional child receives a $150.00 family discount.
Early Bird Discounts:

If you register, pay deposit before October 1st and pay tuition balance in full by December 31, 2008, you will receive a Super Early Bird 10% Discount off 2009 tuition.
If you register, pay deposit after October 1st but before December 31, 2008,and pay tuition balance in full by March 1, 2009, you receive an Early Bird 5% Discount off 2009 tuition.

Tuition Refund Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable and applied to tuition. The tuition, less deposit, is fully refundable if cancellation occurs by 5/1/09. If cancellation occurs after 5/1/09, tuition refund will be determined on an individual basis with due consideration for medical or financial emergencies.
